How we operate
Our construction division delivers projects that survive the rainy season and the decade after it. We combine imported technical standards with plant, crews and supervision already based in Liberia, which shortens mobilisation and keeps cost predictable.
Work is delivered under clear scope, programme and QA/QC controls, with health and safety governance applied on every site. Wherever the schedule allows, we subcontract to qualified Liberian firms and build their capacity into the programme rather than around it.
